3 Quick Daily Habits To Get Back On Track

Looking for inspiration to get back on track and at maximum production?

If you’re like me than this summer had all kinds of C-H-I-L-L associated with it! While it was fun while it lasted, it’s definitely time to get back into grind mode!! You with me?

I must confess that since before I was even in practice, I made the conscious decision NOT to “go it alone.” Why? 

Because when left up to my own devices, I get distracted and find it’s easy to be everywhere and nowhere at the same time, using up lots of time being busy, but not really accomplishing a whole lot. Maybe it’s weak to some to crave accountability and mentorship, I think of it quite the opposite. When you study the best of the best, they always have a coach, or a team of coaches. No one has ever achieved their optimum potential on their own. We were not made to be lone rangers. We’re pack rats at heart, even the extreme introverts do best when partnered up.

Whether we’re actively engaged in private coaching right now and/or you’re in The 56 Day Chiropractic Boot Camp to DOUBLE Your Business, I wanted to invite you to adopt these 3 quick daily habits that my coach shared with to get back on track and at maximum production.

  • At the end of the week, set your priorities for the upcoming week. Don’t wait until Monday. Get your mind engaged for success on Friday. You’ll not only enjoy greater productivity in the coming week, but you’ll also put your mind at ease over the weekend and thus thoroughly enjoy it!! Start this week and let me know how it goes.
  • The major tasks you’ve been procrastinating about…either delete them or get them done. When stuff hangs over our heads and takes up space in our minds, it slows us down and radically reduces our ability to focus. The amount of time you’ve been stressing over the completion of that task likely pales in comparison to the time it would actually take you to get it done. Do it or delete it.
  • Get out of your comfort zone so that you can score big time! Come on, doc, you know you have untapped potential. Make it your habit to step out of the comfort zone every day and enjoy the rewards of a life on FIRE! Stepping out of my comfort zone and into my greatness is the most powerful tool in my tool box to stay motivated and on track. Give it a try. I think you’ll really love it!!
