A Mindset Adjustment

I thought I’d share a little about a mindset adjustment that got me through some tough times…

I remember when my kids were little and I found myself going door to door to promote my new Chiropractic business in a tiny town where Chiropractic care was not yet highly valued.

For me, there was this mentality that kicked in, almost a survival sort of mechanism that kept me telling myself:

“You will do this because you HAVE to do this.”

And for me… that’s not grave.

My story isn’t a sad story, and it’s DEFINITELY not one of self-pity.

It’s a story of overcoming because there was simply no other choice.

There’s something that happens when we don’t give ourselves an “OUT.”

I believe this is because when we decide that nothing can stop us, then NOTHING will.

Over the last couple years, I have heard from countless of chiropractors who perhaps like you – are burnt out, on the hamster wheel, struggling, and keep giving themselves an out.

Now, as a coach and leader in our profession, it’s my job to check in for a mindset adjustment. I am here to offer support and do what I can to guide my chiro colleagues.

Mindset Adjustment: There is a BETTER way.

If you have traveled I’m sure you’ve heard the flight speech that tells you to put your oxygen mask on first before assisting others. Right? Well, this doesn’t exclude you.

So my question is this… what support systems do you need to be able to serve your community and not feel depleted at the end of the day?

Now, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to this and if you’re willing, we can go over the steps you can take to figure out what will work for you
